RMA - Upgrade Special to return older units

  • The serial number can be found inside the battery compartment.
  • NOTE: Please only send the device(s)/ unit(s) when mailing. Batteries/ Accessories are not needed.

    Policy:
    • Old unit(s) needs to be returned within 30 days commencing on the invoice/purchase date to avoid being charged the full price for the new Dolphin Professional unit(s).
    • We do not cover the shipping fee for sending the units for upgrade/ trade-in
    • Returns will not be processed if the RMA form (attached to the email to be sent once submitted) is not enclosed with your unit/s.
